In reference to the letter from the Secretary, University Grants Commission, New Delhi, F. No.-1-5/2021 (e.Gov) Dated-December 5, 2024 regarding “Handbook on Basics of Cyber Hygiene for Higher Education Institutions” (enclosed).

In light of the increasing importance of maintaining robust cyber hygiene, all the institutions are requested to encourage their faculty members, students and non-teaching staff to refer this handbook proactively, to have a secure academic ecosystem and ensuring adherence to best practices for protecting digital assets in the institutions.
