AKTU IPR Awareness Programmes Notification : नमस्कार दोस्तों एकेटीयू यूनिवर्सिटी के द्वारा काउंसिल ऑफ साइंस एंड टेक्नोलॉजी उत्तर प्रदेश से संबंधित एक बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण नोटिफिकेशन जारी किया गया है। दरअसल ऑर्गनाइजेशन के द्वारा आईपीआर अवेयरनेस से संबंधित प्रोग्राम का आयोजन किया जा रहा है, जिसके माध्यम से आईपीआर सेल्स को एस्टेब्लिशमेंट किया जाएगा।
दरअसल आईपीआर प्रोग्राम के अंतर्गत आईपीआर प्रोटेक्शन से संबंधित मेंबर्स एवं स्टूडेंट के द्वारा इसको प्रमोट किया जाएगा। इसी के साथ इसमें पेटेंट फिलिंग से संबंधित भी जानकारी प्राप्त होगी। इस प्रोग्राम हेतु एक वर्कशॉप का आयोजन किया जाएगा, जिसके अंतर्गत पांच लेक्चर देने की सुविधा की गई है। इसीलिए यह नोटिफिकेशन सभी के लिए बहुत ही आवश्यक है, इसके बारे में हम आपको लेख में बताने वाले हैं।

एकेटीयू यूनिवर्सिटी के द्वारा Intellectual Property Rights ( IPR ) से संबंधित सूचना जानकारी की गई है। जिसके अनुसार काउंसिल ऑफ साइंस एवं टेक्नोलॉजी के द्वारा आईपीआर से संबंधित प्रोग्राम का ऑर्गेनाइजेशन किया जा रहा है, जो की एक वर्कशॉप है। इसके अंतर्गत कम से कम पांच लेक्चर दिए जाएंगे, जिसमें कम से कम 150 से 200 लोग शामिल होंगे।
इसी के साथ आपको बता दें की इस प्रोग्राम का उद्देश्य आईपीआर से संबंधित अवेयरनेस फैलाना है अर्थात इस प्रोग्राम से आईपीआर से जुड़े हुए सभी बिंदुओं पर जागरूकता फैलेगी। जिससे कि इनोवेशन संबंधित पेटेंट फिलिंग के बारे में भी लोग जानेंगे, इसीलिए यह वर्कशॉप सभी लोगों के लिए बहुत ही आवश्यक और लाभकारी है।
आईपीआर से संबंधित प्रोग्राम का आयोजन
इस वर्कशॉप के अंतर्गत शामिल होने के लिए उत्तर प्रदेश साइंस एवं टेक्नोलॉजी से संबंधित पोर्टल पर रजिस्ट्रेशन करना होगा, रजिस्ट्रेशन की तिथि 30 अप्रैल 2025 तक निर्धारित की गई है। इसी के साथ वर्कशॉप केवल फाइनेंशियल ईयर 2025 से 2026 के लिए ही वैद्य है। इसके अंतर्गत यूपी स्टार्टअप पॉलिसी 2020 के बारे में भी जानकारी प्रदान की जाएगी, इसीलिए अंतिम तिथि से पहले इच्छुक उम्मीदवार रजिस्ट्रेशन अवश्य कर दें।

Subject: Invitation to Avail CSTUP Grant for Organizing IPR Awareness Programmes and Establishing IPR Cells
Dear Madam/Sir,
Greetings from the Innovation Hub, AKTU!
We are pleased to inform you that the Council of Science & Technology, Uttar Pradesh (CSTUP) is inviting proposals from Technical and Scientific Institutions across the state for organizing Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Awareness Programmes and for the establishment of IPR Cells.
This initiative is aimed at promoting innovation, patent filings, and awareness about IPR protection among faculty members and students. The maximum grant for organizing an IPR workshop or establishing an IPR Cell is 1.00 lakh. The workshop should include a minimum of five lectures with at least 150-200 participants, covering different aspects of IPR.
Institutions are encouraged to apply for:
Grant-in-aid for IPR workshops involving lectures, resource persons, and awareness activities.
Grants for IPR Cell setup, which may be used for developing infrastructure and purchasing consumables.
The proposal must be submitted online via the CSTUP portal www.cst.up.gov.in by 30th April 2025. The sanctioned grants will be available for use during the financial year 2025-2026.
