AKTU Update Regarding Constituting The Research: दिनांक 2 जनवरी 2025 को डॉक्टर एपीजे अब्दुल कलाम टेक्निकल यूनिवर्सिटी के द्वारा ऑफिशल वेबसाइट पर एक नई अपडेट जारी की गई है इस अपडेट के बारे में पूरी जानकारी आपको इस आर्टिकल में मिल जाएगी, इस अपडेट को पीएचडी ऑफिस द्वारा जारी किया गया है। इस अपडेट का मुख्य विषय – विश्वविद्यालय के पी०एच०डी० शोधार्थियों के RAC गठन के संबंध में है।

सेवा में, 

समस्त अर्ह पी०एच०डी० शोध पर्यवेक्षक / सह पर्यवेक्षक (Research Supervisor/Co-Supervisor) विश्वविद्यालय से सम्बद्ध समस्त संस्थानरत। 

विषयः- विश्वविद्यालय के पी०एच०डी० शोधार्थियों के RAC गठन के संबंध में। 

महोदय, कृपया यू०जी०सी० के पत्र संख्या-D.O. F.1-2023 (JKT/JS) दिनांक 26.11.2024 के आलोक में यू०जी० सी० द्वारा प्रदत्त दिशा निर्देश के कम में त्रिसदस्यीय RAC (Research Advisory Committee) गठन एवं इसके दायित्व बनाये गये है जो निम्नवत हैं:- 

1. HOD of the respective Department of the Ph.D Scholar, Chairman. 
2. Director/Principal or one faculty member from the respective department of the Scholar, nominated by the Director/Principal of the institute, Member. 
3. Research Supervisor of the Ph.D Scholar, Convenor. उपरोक्त त्रिसदस्यीय समिति के निम्नवत दायित्व यू०जी०सी० द्वारा निर्धारित किए गये हैं:-
   1. To review the research proposal and the topic of research. 
   2. To guide the Ph.D. scholar in developing the study design and methodology of research and identify the course(s) that he/she may have to do, for further Consideration of RDC. 
   3. To periodically review and assist in the progress of the research work of the Ph.D. scholar. 
4. Each semester, a Ph.D. scholar shall appear before the Research Advisory Committee to make a presentation and submit a brief report on the progress of his/her work for evaluation and further guidance. The Research Advisory Committee shall submit its recommendations along with a copy of Ph.D. scholar’s progress report to the University. A copy of such recommendations shall also be provided to the Ph.D. scholar. 
5. In case the progress of the Ph.D. scholar is unsatisfactory, the Research Advisory Committee shall record the reasons for the same and suggest corrective measures. If the Ph.D. scholar fails to implement these corrective measures, the Research Advisory Committee may recommend, with specific reasons, the Cancellation of the registration of the Ph.D. scholar from the Ph.D. programme. 

अतः कृपया तद्नुसार अवगत होते हुए अपने शोधार्थियों की RAC गठन कराते हुए विश्वविद्यालय के अधिष्ठाता (पी०जी०एस०आर०) को पन्द्रह (15) कार्यदिवसों में सूचित करने का कष्ट करें।
